I am sure it is something that has been discussed and there is no way he gets another 13 mill or so from the Mavs next year, I think you will see his minutes go down a lot when and if Josh ever returns.  I know he does all the little things, but we need someone in there who does the big things, like catching the ball, moving his feet, jumping off the floor and of course catching and scoring.  I know that moving picks, shoving players in the back and scowling are very important small things but surely we can get some one for 7 million to do those things.
